Summary of the Events Organized for “Awareness of trends in Technology” 2018-19
C# Workshop Digital Marketing (9th -10th August ,2018)
C# student chapter workshop was held on 9th and 10th August 2018. Mr Shubham Kumar, Management representative at MCN Solutions and Mr. Deepak Kumar were the resource person of the workshop. Department organized 40 hours training on Digital Marketing as C# Corner Student Chapter activity. Around 53 students qualified “Google Introduction to Digital Marketing” certification in this workshop.
Techno Quiz
Department organized technical quiz competition in two rounds. Round 1 was held on August 22,2018 in which students of BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.Sc. (Computer Application) etc. participated. 18 students were shortlisted for next round. Round 2 was held on September 6, 2018 in which shortlisted students were divided among 6 teams of 3 members each. The result of Techno Quiz was as follows:

Career Counselling Workshop
Extension lecture on Artificial Intelligence
Department organized extension lecture on “Artificial Intelligence” on 26th Feb. 2019, in which Ms. Kamalpreet Kaur”, Ex. Employee HP was resource person. The concept of Artificial intelligence along with technologies and latest trends were discussed in this lecture. All the students of department attended this lecture.
